The company's production base covers an area of 25,000 square meters and has large-scale production capabilities to meet customers' large-volume order needs. At the same time, the company has established four divisions, namely, precision mold division, optical division, precision stamping division, and IC semiconductor division. Each division has a clear division of labor and cooperates with each other to provide customized production services according to customers' special needs, covering the entire process from product research and development, mold design, parts processing and manufacturing, mold assembly and debugging, stamping production, machining production, electroplating production, molding and cutting production to picking and packaging shipment.
The company has advanced processing and manufacturing equipment, including: Japanese Seibu oil cutting machine, Seibu wire cutting machine, Japanese Sodick wire cutting machine, Japanese AMADA optical curve grinding machine, Japanese Mitsubishi mirror discharge motor, Taiwan Shuguang surface grinder, Japanese YAMAD A high-speed punch press, Japanese Okamoto large water grinder, precision electroplating line, precision pull-down high-speed cutting punch press, CNC machining center, turning and milling compound, optical automatic assembly equipment, etc., totaling more than 150 sets. These equipments guarantee the mold product accuracy of ±0.001mm, surface finish Ra0.02µm, and the overall accuracy of the mold assembly after assembly is ±0.002mm. Such a high level of accuracy ensures the high quality and stability of the product in the production process, and the product accuracy can reach 0.005mm.
The company has passed IS09001 quality management system certification and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certification. It is equipped with advanced testing equipment, such as Hexagon three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, Nikon fully automatic image measuring machine, 2.5-dimensional, Swiss TRI MOS altimeter, Nikon ratio meter, Nikon projector, surface roughness meter, hardness tester, etc. At the same time, the laboratory can carry out temperature and humidity, salt spray, high and low temperature and other performance tests, strictly control product quality, and ensure to provide customers with high-quality products.
